Available all year round, change over days are Friday and Saturday on a weekly basis, although shorter breaks, mid and low season special offers are available.

Here’s for the boring bit:

a) Check-in time is 3.00pm. (Earlier may be possible)

b) Check-out time is 10.00am - the hirer must undertake to vacate the property by the time stated, unless otherwise agreed, to allow time to prepare for new arrivals.

c) We require a non-refundable deposit of £150 per week to reserve your booking with us. The full balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

d) Payment can be made by cheque, PayPal(If you have a PayPal account) or bank transfer - sorry but we do not accept credit cards.

e) All co-ordinated bed linen and large bath sheets provided.

f) To ensure a full refund (minus non-refundable deposit) you must cancel your reservation at least four week prior to the arrival date. We strongly recommend holiday/cancellation insurance.

g) We would appreciate if you could leave the accommodation clean and tidy as you found it at the end of the let.

h) Your vehicle and personal belongings are left at your own risk.

i) Although we endeavour to honour all bookings, we reserve the right to cancel should the property sustain damage or otherwise become unsuitable to accommodate your holiday. On such an event, we will refund any moneys paid in full. Any additional costs you may incur will be a matter for your holiday insurance arrangements.

j) All prices are inclusive of V.A.T, we reserve the right to amend the prices accordantly.

k) Any fees that occur through payments from bank or currency transfer shall be paid by payee
